Thank you for this Zoompad. I grew up at a time when Jersey had only been liberated from the German Occupation for a few years. Liberation Day from that dark time comes round very soon now. Liberation from injustice is coming too - I really feel it.
I may not live in Jersey now but I am a Jersey woman to the core. We ordinary Jersey people are strong and resilient and it takes an awful lot to keep us down!
